All MicroUSB cables reading as 2.4A

Just received a Qualmeter-X to get rid of slow charging cables. So far every microUSB cable I’ve tested results in 2.4A (2A +400mA). Is my device defective? I’m certain some of these cables are less than 2.4A.

Thanks for asking question here.

Per your description, I guess you were not using the tester in a proper way. The results you have read, 2.4A, it sounds like the testing result for the charger you are using. It’s the output power capability of your charger not the cable. Which means your cable is not properly plugged in with the tester. Please read through the instruction carefully before you use it.
