I received my XT as an angel through your kickstarter campaign which included a model X.
The new Qualmeter X device you sent me does NOT detect shielded cables, whereas my original Qualmeter X does, there appears to be a defect in the device I received and I’m not sure how to resolve that? Thanks.

Would you please take a short video of how you test a shielded cable with the qualMeter X? You can upload it to the Youtube and paste the link here. It can help us determine the problem.
